Rachael Hurley is a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist based in Bristol. She holds a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy (DHP) from The Clifton Practice and has been supporting clients through solution-focused therapy since 2013.
Her work is calm, grounded, and future-focused. Rachael supports people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves, helping them develop clarity, confidence, and a steadier sense of control through gentle, supportive hypnotherapy.

I work in a solution-focused, future-oriented way, using gentle hypnotherapy alongside evidence-informed tools influenced by neuroscience, CBT, and NLP. Everything is tailored to you - your pace, your goals, and what feels most supportive.
